I feel like I’ve made some real progress in increasing my swing speed. We’re not talking HUGE gains in my swing speed but I did see a bit of a jump this week.
It’s too early to tell if the exercises actually work as I’ve only been using them for 4 days. I can tell you that implementing them into my regular routine will help me see positive results to my swing speed in the future.
A good workout routine is necessary for a healthy lifestyle but there’s no reason that a specific routine can’t help increase your swing speed. I’m finding that the exercises that I have picked are going to help a lot in the stability area of my game.
I didn’t realize how unstable/out of balance I got and as my swing speed increases, I’m going to need all the stability I can get.
